Are your lashes not staying on for more than a week?? Are your lashes uncomfortable and hurting?? Have you had a friend say “lash extensions damaged their natural lashes”?? Are you wondering if you’re getting the correct style of lashes to enhance your best facial feature?? Are your “volumes” thicker than a broom and sagging? These are all questions to ask yourself. All lash technicians start out new. We all have a journey of trial and error to get through until we perfect our skills. Having 3 years of lashing experience behind me I can confidently say that if you have had a “botched” or uncomfortable experience, like the questions above, it was probably the lack of education your technician didn’t provide to you or a beginner working through their learning curves. Feel free to give me a call whether dissatisfied with your current lashes or you’re a new and nervous client.
Below is pictures of what is “incorrect” volume lash extensions and improper self care look like. I had to gently remove them and apply a new set. If this work had been continued the clients natural lash would have been eventually damaged (i.e.-just like over plucking your eyebrows, they eventually quit growing back).
classic lash extensions
-Classic = 1 lash extension applied to 1 of your natural lashes-
volume lash extensions
-Volume = multiple lashes applied to 1 of your natural lashes-
